THE CANAL BAR
The Canal Bar is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It is bright, modern, spacious and flooded with natural daylight. On a hot summers day you can dine alfresco in our outdoor seating areas or simply enjoy a drink while you soak up the sunshine. The décor is modern and you will immediately feel at home when greeted by our warm professional team of servers. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is hearty. You can enjoy live sports on our TV screens coupled with a light bite, good pint or a barista coffee.
Our chef prides himself on working with local organic farmers to get the finest of ingredients and local produce. He creates each dish from scratch and is passionate that only the best food leaves the kitchen. If you like wine to pair with your food we have a lovely wine selection to choose from. In Canal Bar you will also find a selection of beers, both Irish and European. Our team are proud that locals dine with us regularly and the bar enjoys a great mix of people from the local area as well as in-house guests. Our overall goal is to ensure you relax, enjoy your dining experience and return time and time again.
